This policy applies to the PSG Paint & Bodyshop website and information a visitor submits through its estimate and contact experiences. PSG Paint & Bodyshop, located at 2099 NE 160th Street, North Miami Beach, FL 33162, is responsible for reviewing those submissions.

MVP service area references currently include North Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Golden Beach.

The estimate form may receive your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make and model, insurance carrier, damage description, and up to eight vehicle images. The site may also receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver a web request, such as IP address and basic request metadata used for security and abuse prevention.

PSG Bodyshop uses submitted information to review an estimate or inspection request, understand the reported damage, respond by phone or email, and coordinate the next business step. One submission sends an internal email to PSG Bodyshop through Resend and an attachment-free confirmation email to the address you provide.

Current processors supporting the MVP website include Resend for email delivery and Upstash Redis for durable rate limiting and submission idempotency. The website may also rely on a hosting provider to serve pages and API routes. GoHighLevel and n8n are not connected to the MVP estimate flow. We do not sell your personal information.

PSG Bodyshop retains submitted information only as long as needed to review and respond to your request, maintain ordinary business records related to that request, or meet a documented legal requirement, then deletes or archives it according to internal record practices. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect submissions in transit and at rest through our providers; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information PSG Bodyshop holds about an estimate submission by contacting us at psgbodyshop@gmail.com or (786) 901-9704. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. Additional rights may apply depending on your location.

By checking the estimate consent box, you authorize PSG to use the submitted details and photos to review the request and contact you about it by phone or email. SMS marketing is not enabled by the MVP form and is not requested by the current consent language.

PSG Bodyshop may update this policy as the website and business processes change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when a material update is published.
